How to use PropIQ

1. Create Area: Go to the PropIQ Tool and add the suburb you are working in.

2. Upload Data: Export your contacts from Loom as a CSV and upload the PDF Area Report for that suburb.

3. Call the Top 30: PropIQ automatically ranks the best leads. Work through your Top 30 list every day.

4. Log Everything: Always log the call outcome with tags. This moves the contact out of the list and keeps our database clean.

Team Rules (Dos & Don'ts)

Log every single call attempt (even no-answers).
Use specific tags (e.g., "Relocating") for better follow-ups.
Report data errors immediately.

❌ DON'T

Don't share your login credentials with anyone.
Don't delete area data unless instructed by an admin.
Don't skip the "Why call" rationale—it helps your pitch!

✉ Daily Top 15 Email Briefing

Sends the top 15 uncalled contacts with phone numbers and call rationale to the manager's inbox.

Uses EmailJS (free, 200 emails/month). One-time setup: create account → Add Gmail service → create template with subject PropIQ Daily Briefing and body {{email_body}} → copy Service ID, Template ID and Public Key below.

⚙ Admin Panel

Manage agents, passwords, team profiles and site settings.

👥 Agent Accounts

Add, edit or remove agent logins. Passwords are visible only to admin.

🏠 Team Profile

Edit photos and names shown on the home page. Login users are synced from Supabase. Display members are local extras (no login required).

🗂 Data Management

View, clear or delete area data. Sub-areas are shown indented under their parent. Deleting an area removes all sub-areas and contacts permanently.
